Vincent Chew

Chief Executive Officer

Vincent is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, and CPA with the Khmer Institute of Certified Public Accountants & Auditors (KICPAA). He was the previous Head of BDO Capital Consultants Malaysia, and Asia Pacific head of corporate finance and the Previous Head of Corporate Finance for Schroders Malaysia and Perdana Merchant Bankers, Malaysia. He is presently serving as director and of a property development listed on Bursa Malaysia.


Shih Hui is a Chartered Accountant with Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants with CPA Australia and Certified Member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM). She started of her career as an Auditor and joined an investment bank 3 years later. She has 17 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, debt capital markets and investment banking. She was involved in all areas of corporate finance transactions to diverse Malaysian corporates and multi-national corporations including, inter-alia, fund raising, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, rights issue, bonus issue, private placement, special issue, private debt securities, initial public offering, reverse take-over, take-over offer, employees’ share option schemes, valuations and independent advice. She also completed few conventional medium term notes (MTN) programme and the Islamic Commercial Papers and/or MTN programmes and was involved in first foray for local investment bank to tap into the growing offshore Yuan denominated bond market and a few IDR bonds by Indonesian companies.


Melvin has more than 18 years of extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking, originating and implementing both equity and debt fund-raising exercises – IPOs and private debt securities issues, mergers and acquisitions, and also valuation exercises. Melvin has advised in and structured various corporate finance and banking transactions as well as conducted feasibility evaluations for a diverse group of large corporations across various industries including property development and investment, real estate investment trust, construction, oil palm and forest plantations, industrial and consumer products, automotive and related products, telecommunications, aviation, shipping and oil & gas, and also implemented cross-border corporate exercises.

Melvin graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeast Missouri State University (USA). Initially trained with Price Waterhouse as a American Expatriate Taxation Specialist, Melvin has since built his investment banking career with two leading Malaysian investment banks during which he held the Capital Markets Services Representative’s License.
